The Free Jacks closed out the regular season with a hard fought 22-19 win over playoff bound Rugby ATL, in the Free Jacks’ new home in Quincy’s Memorial Stadium. The boisterous crowd was treated to a home side that surged to a 22-5 half time lead and then held off a late Atlanta push to preserve the win.

The Free Jacks were the first to strike, with Gloucester bound number 8 Wian Conradie crossing from short range. In the second half, ATL upped the intensity and pressured the Free Jacks, but the defense matched the intensity and kept the score at 22-5. The 10-6 record is good for fourth place in the Eastern Conference, with Rugby United New York  (10-6) and NOLA (10-5-1) having better points total due to securing more bonus points throughout they year.
